For more than 20 years, I've been building businesses, leading teams and helping founders grow with confidence. I've experienced the highs, the challenges and everything in between, which is why every strategy I teach is grounded in real business experience, not just theory.
I built and scaled a million-pound business, led and developed a high-performing team of more than 35 people, and successfully exited the business after 17 years. Since then, I've worked with everyone from ambitious solopreneurs to established multi-million-pound businesses, helping them strengthen their leadership, simplify their operations and build businesses that create more freedom.
